My small business journey began during one of the darkest periods of my life, as I stepped onto the long road of Mental Health recovery. In this incredibly difficult time, my therapist encouraged me to seek the silver linings - things that sparked joy in my life, however small - and I subsequently found three shining sources of light: crochet, the Wizarding World and Nature.
Five years later, this golden trio lies at the heart of Bumble & Be. I began by crocheting Fantastic Beasties, but have now expanded beyond both crochet and fandom to a wider concept of "bee-ness." Creating products that inspire, comfort and encouage you to bee-lieve in everyday magic; to seek what makes their soul smile; to trust that silver linings can always be found.

Following a really positive response to this PAWticular design in my Marauders/ATYD themed pin mockup series, I have decided to bring it to life! All Preorder pins will come with a 25% discount and be garunteed at A Grade - as Sirius and James would say, 'anything for our moony'.
I designed this keyring as a gift for three fellow WitchCrafters - it features all our drakies and beasties together! In a world of competition and comparison, it is easy to assume that such friendships could not exist - yet they do, because we recognise the things that unite us.
I had a few keyring left over and, in light of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and the incredible show of unity from citizens across the world, I have decided to list them and donate 100% of revenue to 'Choose Love’, a charity who are providing support to people in Ukraine and refugees. After over 2 months in the mail system, my order miraculously appeared—just mere days after I had messaged Sophie about my concern it had been lost in transit. She went out of her way to offer to remake my order and would have done so had my original order not shown up soon after contacting her. My Elsa puff is stunning and soft—I absolutely love the shiny threads that make it look extra magical! Sophie is beyond talented and an absolutely lovely person. This is not my first order from her and I’m sure it won’t be the last!

I just received my hand-made house elf from Sophie! It’s more adorable than I ever imagined! So we’ll made! And I know he was made with love! I don’t know whether to display him on my shelf, or keep him close in my room!
This is an adorable niffler - a good deal larger than Sophie's regular sized baby nifflers, but no less cute and very huggable. My niffler came with a lovely adoption card with her name (Merlina) and, of course, the sweet little beastie book badge. I am very glad to welcome Merlina to my Niffler family.
I bought on a whim and wasn't disappointed it's such high quality paper. I wish I'd been able to buy loads more!!!!
